Lotte Chemical and Westlake Chemical have invested over $3 billion USD in this 1 million TPY Ethane cracker and specialty chemical complex near Lake Charles, LA. SMWP/AIG was initially contracted to provide construction of all OSBL facilities including pipelines under bet365 slots a pristine bayou and across environmentally sensitive marshlands.
